Laura (she/her) is the Owner of Oasis- Healing for Body and Mind. She received her Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Lindenwood University in 2003. Laura worked in an outpatient counseling setting as well as an inpatient psychiatric unit helping children and adolescents before opening her own private practice in 2007.

As a Certified Counseling Supervisor in the State of Missouri, she supervises both upcoming Master’s Degree counselors in development and Provisionally Licensed Counselors who are working towards full licensure.

A session with Laura may include talk, movement and/or touch work.

Laura works with wellness professionals such as other therapists, bodyworkers, dieticians, physicians, yoga teachers, etc.  She also, is often a good fit with clients who already have a main therapist and are wanting to supplement that work with NeuroAffective Touch to grow their mind/body connection and or to heal developmental trauma (learn more at www.neuroaffectivetouch.com).
